 Garry
began his real estate career
in 1977 in Glendale, CA as
an appraiser after his
graduation from the
University of California at
Los Angeles (UCLA) with a
Bachelors in
Political Science. He is the
President and licensed
California Real Estate
Broker for The Duncan
Company, Inc. Since his
brokerage career beginnings
in 1981, Garry has been
involved as a buyer, seller,
developer and Broker in the
exchange of more than $200
million in real estate sales
and development.
In
2004, and again in 2006, he received the
Coldwell Banker Commercial
Circle of Distinction award,
an honor shared by only the
top 1 percent of the
company’s 4,000-plus sales
associates. He is an
experienced real estate
appraiser of a wide variety
of properties and has
qualified as an expert
witness in the Superior
Courts of several counties.
He has
also served as an approved
Broker for the Modesto and
Sacramento Regional Federal
Bankruptcy Courts and as an
appointed Receiver for sale
of real property through the
San Joaquin County Superior
Court. Garry served as a
Board Member of Graham
Energy Corporation, an
energy based public company,
and is the Vice President
and Secretary of Duncan,
Duncan & Associates, Inc., a
real estate consulting,
development, and appraisal
firm.
Garry is
a member of the Woodbridge
Country Club, is an avid
golfer, sports fanatic and

Christine is a 1976 graduate
of Chico State University
with a Bachelor degree in
child development and a
major in liberal studies.
Later she earned a teaching
credential from Stanislaus
State University. Christine
has been with Duncan, Duncan
& Associates, Inc. and The
Duncan Company, Inc since
their 1981 formation,
starting as Controller.
Christine
serves today as Corporate
Secretary/Treasurer of The
Duncan Company and
President/Treasurer and
Chief Administrator of
Duncan, Duncan & Associates,
Inc. She has been involved
with more than $100 million
in real estate development
including Woodbridge Greens,
Woodbridge Village,
Woodbridge Town Square,
Oakwood Professional Center
and Woodbridge Riverside
office building. She manages
human resources, business
administration and all
financial accounting. She is
also a licensed real estate
salesperson.
Christine

Mike is
a native Californian who
spent his early years living
mostly on cattle ranches.
After attending California
Polytechnic State
University, San Luis Obispo,
he was in charge of several
grassland and permanent
pasture ranches. While
supervising ranches located
in several counties, Mike’s
responsibilities included
the procurement of
replacement cattle,
additional rangeland
operations in Ventura County
and feeder cattle for the
firm’s 8,000-head feedlot in
Ventura.
From 1957 to 1971,
Mike owned and operated a
feedlot and range operation,
also in Ventura. In 1976 he
moved to New Mexico to
manage a feedlot in the city
of Hobbs. Mike’s real estate
career began in 1982 when he
received a New Mexico
salesman license. Mike’s
duties included the analysis

west. Because of his
ranching background, Mike
was in charge of the farm
and ranch division for the
firm. He obtained a
California salesman license
and moved to California in
1986 where he joined John
Cyr, Realtors, Inc. as chief
appraiser. By 1990, Mike
received his Broker’s
license.
