Coldwell Banker Circle of DistinctionGarry began his real estate career in 1977 in Glendale, CA as an appraiser after his graduation from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelors in Political Science. He is the President and licensed California Real Estate Broker for The Duncan Company, Inc. Since his brokerage career beginnings in 1981, Garry has been involved as a buyer, seller, developer and Broker in the exchange of more than $200 million in real estate sales and development.

In 2004, and again in 2006, he received the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction award, an honor shared by only the top 1 percent of the company’s 4,000-plus sales associates. He is an experienced real estate appraiser of a wide variety of properties and has qualified as an expert witness in the Superior Courts of several counties.

He has also served as an approved Broker for the Modesto and Sacramento Regional Federal Bankruptcy Courts and as an appointed Receiver for sale of real property through the San Joaquin County Superior Court. Garry served as a Board Member of Graham Energy Corporation, an energy based public company, and is the Vice President and Secretary of Duncan, Duncan & Associates, Inc., a real estate consulting, development, and appraisal firm.

Garry is a member of the Woodbridge Country Club, is an avid golfer, sports fanatic and enjoys travel.

Christine L. Duncan Bosson, MAC

Christine is a 1976 graduate of Chico State University with a Bachelor degree in child development and a major in liberal studies. Later she earned a teaching credential from Stanislaus State University. Christine has been with Duncan, Duncan & Associates, Inc. and The Duncan Company, Inc since their 1981 formation, starting as Controller.

Christine serves today as Corporate Secretary/Treasurer of The Duncan Company and President/Treasurer and Chief Administrator of Duncan, Duncan & Associates, Inc. She has been involved with more than $100 million in real estate development including Woodbridge Greens, Woodbridge Village, Woodbridge Town Square, Oakwood Professional Center and Woodbridge Riverside office building. She manages human resources, business administration and all financial accounting. She is also a licensed real estate salesperson.

Christine is a member of the Stockton Women’s Network, is a partner/treasurer for a women’s investment group, a member of the Pacific Tiger Athletic Association (PTAA) for the University of the Pacific (UOP), a Lodi Chamber ambassador, a participant of Leadership Lodi Class of 2006, a member of the Lodi, Woodbridge, Galt Women’s Networking Group and an active member of Quail Lakes Baptist Church. Christine is also a graduate of Leadership Lodi for the year 2006.

In her free time, Christine enjoys hiking, camping, traveling and reading.

Michael Carouba, NAR

Michael has 15 years of high-level experience in sales, marketing and business development. For the past two years Michael has been involved in real estate development for single and multi-family. A native of San Francisco, where he attended San Francisco State University, Michael was employed by Otis Elevator Company where he was in charge of real estate business development and space planning. In addition, Michael was a partner in the purchase and building of a successful San Francisco restaurant. Having moved to Lodi in 1998, Michael worked for Microwave Communications Company as a national account manager where he oversaw the relationship of several multi-national customers.

Michael is also a developer of custom residential homes.  Michael and his wife Lana currently live in Lodi with their two children.

His sales for vineyard properties for the last three years total in excess of $50 million. His total sales volume exceeds $100 million. In 2004 he received the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction award, an honor shared by only the top 1 percent of the company’s 4,000-plus sales associates.

As a marketer of international property, Reni belongs to a real estate federation, FIABCI, which takes his business contacts into places such as Spain, France, Argentina, Greece and Italy. Reni is Vice President for the FIABCI/World Rural Land Commission and is a candidate for the CCIM designation. He is a former Commissioner for the California Wheat Commission.

He is a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) and a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) which specializes in agriculture properties. Reni specializes in sales of agricultural and wetland mitigation properties. Reni is an avid boater and lives in Stockton with his wife Jan.

Marc has been self-employed since 1969. Marc was involved in the health care field, for many years. He owned health care facilities from Chico to Fresno. At one time he had more than 200 employees under his management.

Prior to his involvement in health care, Marc was employed by the J.C. Penney, Co. Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, The Duncan Company, Marc was in the commercial mortgage lending field. He understands and has a great deal of experience with business financing. Marc specializes in retail, land, marinas and hospitality. During his years in the mortgage field, Marc financed many different types of properties, from apartments to office buildings, service stations to marinas, and dairies to agricultural land.  In 2006, he received the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction award, an honor shared by only the top one percent of the company's 4,000-plus sales associates.

Having been self-employed, Marc is experienced in financial statement analysis. Marc has owned boats for more than 48 years. He enjoys cruising on the Delta as well as the San Francisco Bay.

Mike Griffin

Mike is a native Californian who spent his early years living mostly on cattle ranches. After attending California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, he was in charge of several grassland and permanent pasture ranches. While supervising ranches located in several counties, Mike’s responsibilities included the procurement of replacement cattle, additional rangeland operations in Ventura County and feeder cattle for the firm’s 8,000-head feedlot in Ventura.

From 1957 to 1971, Mike owned and operated a feedlot and range operation, also in Ventura. In 1976 he moved to New Mexico to manage a feedlot in the city of Hobbs. Mike’s real estate career began in 1982 when he received a New Mexico salesman license. Mike’s duties included the analysis of properties throughout the west. Because of his ranching background, Mike was in charge of the farm and ranch division for the firm. He obtained a California salesman license and moved to California in 1986 where he joined John Cyr, Realtors, Inc. as chief appraiser. By 1990, Mike received his Broker’s license.

Mike is a California Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a California Real Estate Broker. He is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the San Joaquin Association of Realtors. His experience includes more than 18 years as Chief Appraiser for John Cyr Realtors, Inc, more than 18 years commercial, industrial, farm and ranch appraisal, and more than 23 years in commercial, industrial, farm and ranch brokerage.

Kathy received an LVN degree in 1971, and has attended classes in accounting and paralegal studies. She also attended Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs, CO for 3 ½ years. She has job experience in accounting, office managing, payroll and billing.

She’s worked for the Social Services Dept. in San Andreas. While working for a medical staffing company in Citrus Heights, Kathy developed a numbering system for the insurance policies that the insurance company adopted.

Kathy is a member of Quail Lakes Baptist Church with her husband and two step-children. Her leisure activities include sewing, crafting, watching old movies, cooking, and scrap booking pictures of her grandson.

Ray graduated from San Jose State University, School of Business in 1960. Ray spent the next decade in management and district management with Denny’s Restaurant. His experience includes resort properties and 1031 exchange. Prior to his involvement in real estate, Dan is quite proud of his career in the U. S. Coast Guard. Among his most rewarding assignments were as Commanding Officer of a patrol boat in Marina del Rey, California, Public Affairs Officer for four states and the southeastern pacific, and as the senior Operations Controller at the Command Center for a major portion of the Pacific Ocean. His performance, dedication, and leadership earned him numerous medals, awards, citations, and commendations. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with emphasis on entrepreneurship and real estate from the Georgia State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dan is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and grew up in south Florida before joining the Coast Guard. He is married to Janice Sangl of Seattle Washington who is a founding partner in the Architectural Lighting firm, Lightsmith Design.
